How much will delivery cost me?

Shipping is FREE. Absolutely FREE! Yes that is no cost to you.   Unless of course you order a small value item (under $10) then we will only charge you $5.00.  If you order a bulky of hefty item such as a doll or furniture we will only charge you $5.00.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Paypal, all directed through the paypal system.  If you prefer you can direct deposit.  Please contact us for our bank details at info@vibratorsanddildos.com.au

What description will show on my credit card?

SJR Warehouse Pty Ltd or Paypal.  There will be no reference our website or to any adult content.

Are my credit card details secure and safe at your site?

We never store credit card details. Once your purchase has been made and approved we no longer have your credit card details.

Which carrier do you use to ship goods?

SJR Warehouse has many years of experience in distribution and warehousing.  We prefer Australia Post Express Post it is quick and has a tracking option in the unlikely event a parcel becomes lost.  At our discretion we may utilise other courier services.

What if I am not home?

Australia Post will leave a notice directing you to your nearest post office. You may want to consider having your goods delivered to work.  We assure absolute confidential packaging so this is a very safe option.  If you fail to collect your goods and they are returned to SJR Warehouse redelivery fees will be incurred.

How long will it take for my sex toys to arrive?

We ship items typically within 1-3 days of receiving your order.  We will send you a confirmation email from your specified email address confirming your item has been shipped.  All orders within Sydney Metro will be sent via Australia Post or our nominated courier service.  All orders outside of Sydney Metro will be sent via Australia Post.

Customers located in Queensland, Victoria, South Australia should expect to receive their items within 3 days from date of despatch.  Customers located in Western Australia and Northern Territory should expect to receive their items within 5 days from date of despatch.

Customers taking advantage of any "free" or promotional shipping, please be patient as we may utilise standard postal services in addition to this there will be no tracking or insurance available. 

How long will it take for my X rated DVD’s to arrive?

Due to Australian Legislation we are unable to hold DVD’s in our New South Wales Warehouse.  All DVD’s are shipped from our A.C.T warehouse, so please add 3 extra days for shipping.

My item has not arrived. I am concerned it is taking too long?

Please check "How long will it take for my sex toys/ x-rated DVD’s to arrive".  If your item has taken longer than our estimated time frame please contact us immediately so we can track and trace your parcel.  Occasionally items do go missing and we want to resolve this matter immediately.

Can I change or cancel my order once it is submitted?

We will do our best to accommodate your request so please email us asap with your request.  We will always do our best to assist you however if your item has already been shipped unfortunately it would not be possible to cancel the order.
 
You have so many products to choose from.  Can you recommend something?
The selection of a sex toy is very personal.  However, please Contact Us and tell us briefly what you are looking for.  We will endeavour to provide you with some recommendations and best sellers.

I have never owned a vibrator before.  What could I start with?

We recommend starting with a smaller vibrating dildo or massager.  We recommend My First Vibe by Hustler or My First Jack Rabbit by California Exotic Novelties.   Once you have become accustomed to using your vibrator we are sure you will want to choose one with more functions/size!

Are batteries included?

Yes and free of charge. We couldn't image anything worse than receiving your new toy and not being able to use it straight away.  Some products already include batteries.  For those ones that don’t, we will ensure a supply of batteries has been included with your order.

What is your returns policy?

Due to the nature of the products we are unable accept returns due to change of mind, so please make your selections carefully.  However if you receive your item and it is faulty please Contact Us.  Please ensure you read all Terms of Use prior to ordering.
