Deliveries

Vibrators & Dildos utilises Australia Post services such as Express Post and Registered Post within Australia for the majority of product deliveries. It is your responsibility to ensure you enter the correct delivery address details at time of placing your order. Should you enter in an incomplete or incorrect address, and you do not receive the products which you ordered, Vibrators & Dildos will not be held liable and is not under any obligation to repack, resend, replace and or refund any products as a result of this. Vibrators & Dildos can provide you with an estimated date for delivery of all products via email. We will make every effort to deliver by this time although all dates specified are estimates dates only. Vibrators & Dildos is not able to give a guaranteed time of delivery as Vibrators & Dildos is not the delivery company. Late delivery does not entitle you to the cancellation, change or refund of any order. Please note that if a delivery is late, lost or damaged in transit, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to follow up with the delivery company. In cases where a product is out of stock, but is available in another colour, the replacement colour may be shipped unless otherwise stated in the Additional Information section by the customer during the checkout process.
